How It Works
- Prepare your CSV file with hotel names and optional location data
- Upload through our dashboard or API endpoint
- Processing happens automatically in the background
- Download your results when the job completes
CSV Format
Your CSV should include these columns:
name,address,city,country,latitude,longitude
Hilton Paris Opera,108 Rue Saint-Lazare,Paris,France,48.8738,2.3284
Marriott Times Square,1535 Broadway,New York,USA,40.7580,-73.9855
Only the name column is required. Additional columns improve match accuracy.
Result File
When processing completes, you'll get a result CSV with match details including:
- Matched hotel ID and name
- Confidence level (HIGH, MEDIUM, LOW, NO_MATCH)
- Numerical confidence score
- Match status and unmatch reasons
Getting Started
Head to the Mapping page to try it out. Free accounts can process up to 100 hotels per day. Upgrade to Pro for 10,000 matches per month.
